Toast with Jam 6, winner of the 2004 Macworld Best of Show awards, combines Roxio's Toast 6 burning software for the Mac OS with software to produce the best sounding CDs and DVDs. Now anyone can create discs like a pro, with powerful tools such as Jam 6, Peak™ Express, and Hollywood-style Dolby® Digital sound.
Toast's Universal Converters support a wide variety of input formats:
- Audio - any QuickTime audio format, including but not limited to, AIFF, MP3, WAV, AAC, Dolby AC3, AU, MOV, etc.
- Video - any QuickTime video format, including but not limited to, AVI, MOV, MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, DV, VOB, muxed content, iMovie project, Final Cut Pro/Express, etc.
- Image – any QuickTime image format, including but not limited to, BMP, GIF, JPG, PICT, PDF, PSD, PNG, TIFF, etc.

Toast with Jam 6 supports special burn settings, such as CD-TEXT writing, complete PQ subcodes, Disc At Once (DAO) recording, and Buffer Underrun Prevention options.
